Browse our products on the home page, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and click "Place Order". You'll receive an order confirmation with a tracking link.
What areas do you deliver to? ▼
We deliver across Hyderabad and surrounding areas in Telangana. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm delivery availability for your specific location.
How long does delivery take? ▼
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days depending on your location and slot availability. You'll be notified once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options will be added soon.
Can I cancel my order? ▼
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been packed yet. Visit your Order Status page and use the cancel button, or contact us on WhatsApp immediately after placing the order.
How fresh are your dairy products? ▼
All our dairy products are sourced fresh daily. Milk is processed and delivered within 24 hours, and all products are kept refrigerated throughout the supply chain to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Do you have a minimum order value? ▼
There is no minimum order value for delivery. However, very small orders may incur a delivery charge — the applicable charge will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
How do I track my order? ▼
After placing an order, you'll be redirected to your Order Status page. Bookmark that link, or use the order ID and tracking token from your confirmation to re-open it at any time.
I have a discount voucher — how do I use it? ▼
At checkout, expand the "Voucher / Promo Code" section and enter your code. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid for your cart total.
